Join Swiss Food Research, the Canton of Zurich, and the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences (SATW) on Saturday, 22 August 2026, for the Future Food Market at schwarzescafé/Luma Westbau

From 10 am to 6 pm, startups, farmers, companies, and projects will showcase innovative approaches to health, sustainability, and regional food systems. The market will be complemented by themed lunch menus, as well as opportunities to taste, discover, and connect.

In the morning, the Future Food Pact Impro Theatre will demonstrate in a playful and interactive way how healthy and sustainable eating can become part of everyday life. From 1 pm onwards, visitors are invited to explore the Future Food Games at the board game café, where an engaging and educational experience awaits.
